The German Dual-System (Vocational Mastery)

Partnering with the DIHK (German Chambers of Commerce) for a 24–28 month Mastery Program. We craft Master Artisans certified to the highest international standards, providing the economic backbone for a self-sustaining nation.

The Chinese Model of Infrastructure & Poverty Alleviation (Resource Security)

Collaborating with top Chinese institutions (such as Tsinghua University or the China Development Bank) to implement a regional Master Plan for Agriculture, Water, and Energy. We leverage China’s unique expertise in building rapid, high-quality infrastructure and sustainable rural development to secure the fundamental pillars of human life.

The French Model of Public Administration (State Excellence)

Partnering with elite French institutions (such as Sciences Po) to co-create a decentralized governance curriculum. This ensures that the next generation of public administrators is trained in Transparency, Decentralized Authority, and Results-Based Management.

Russian Technical & Resource Engineering (Industrial Stability)

Utilizing the engineering and resource management expertise of top Russian technical universities (such as Bauman Moscow State Technical University). We focus on building sovereign industrial infrastructure that is resilient and locally managed.

The Global Healthcare Sovereignty Model

Establishing direct links between local hospitals and Leading Global Medical Centers (e.g., Charité Berlin or Mayo Clinic). We build permanent local capacity, ensuring healthcare is a sovereign right, not a charitable donation.

The Philosophy

We do not start with elections. We start with Human Capital. A country cannot be free if its people are not skilled, its children are not educated in science, and its government is built on bribes. The IGTET Method builds a Turnkey State where the foundation is so solid that no matter who is elected, the state cannot fall.

The 6 Regional Squares: Decentralised Trust

To stop central corruption, we divide the country into 6 Regional Governments.
Each region has its own Master Economic Plan based on its local potential (Agriculture, Energy, Trade, etc.). This moves power away from the Elite in the Capital and gives it back to the Local Communities.
The Goal: To make the government small, local, and visible to the people.

PHASE 1: THE INTEGRITY FOUNDATION

Months 1–6

The Georgia Anti-Corruption Model
We fire the corrupt layers of bureaucracy. We replace face-to-face bribery with Digital Service Halls. If you need a passport or a permit, you get it from a machine/portal, not a corrupt official.

The Security Bridge
We don’t just disarm militias. We enroll them in Business Schools. We train them to be Master Artisans (Engineers, Techs, Builders). We turn them from soldiers of war into owners of businesses.

The Judicial Anchor
We establish an Interim Court with international experts to protect property and contracts. This ensures that if a citizen builds a business, no one can steal it.

PHASE 2: THE KNOWLEDGE REVOLUTION

Months 7–18

The STEM & Math Overhaul
We remove politics and ideology from schools. We implement a Science and Math-heavy curriculum from age 6. We partner with the world’s top universities (MIT, Zurich) to give our children a global-standard education.

The German Vocational Model
We launch a massive training program for Master Artisans. This is 70% hands-on work. We build a workforce that doesn’t need foreign experts to fix its own power plants or hospitals.

The Healthcare Hub
We twin our hospitals with the world’s best (e.g., Charité Berlin). These hospitals become Training Centers for our own people and for Doctors and Nurses from across Africa/Latin America.

PHASE 3: THE SOVEREIGN HANDOVER

Months 19–30

The Entrepreneur Harvest
The former combatants from Phase 1 graduate. They receive Business Launch Grants to start private companies. We create a middle class that values stability.

The Transparency Dashboard
A public app shows the progress of the 6 regions. Every citizen can see exactly where the money went and which schools were built.

The Ballot
Only now—once the schools are running, the corruption is gone, and the people have jobs—do we hold Elections. The winner inherits a functioning machine.

Global Application:
The Franchise for Peace

This plan is the Medicine for any country where the human foundation has been broken:
Africa: Libya, Sudan, Somalia, DRC.
Latin America: Venezuela (killing corruption), Honduras (replacing gangs with artisans), Haiti (building the first foundation).
